We now have full time opportunities for passionate and experienced Culinary Professionals in the roles for Chef de Partie and Commis Chef to support our Kitchen Brigades across the outlets.

What You’ll Do

As Culinary Professional you will craft food experiences across your designated Outlet, contributing to food production, ensuring the high quality of food and presentation across the Outlet,



ensuring the organisation of service periods and maintaining high levels of service delivery, quality product and teamwork to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience.

What You’ll Bring

Our Chefs are innovators. We are considering candidates who have experience in high end volume operations at a luxury hotel/High End Restaurant or Café and proven experience leading teams to meet a level of high performance across food quality and innovation.

Other key attributes we are looking for include:

- Passion for the craft and Industry
- Sound knowledge of the latest trends and Artisan experience in the industry
- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality experience
- Proven ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Creative, eye for Detail and a Flair for Presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Completed technical education in hospitality or culinary school
- Australian work rights. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
