We are currently seeking caring and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis to provide inactive overnight support for a client located in Main Beach.

What You'll Do

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support the client with evening and morning routines
- Monitor the client's wellbeing during inactive overnight shifts
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light household duties as required
- Follow care plans and accurately document services provided
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure protected, high-quality support

About You

You are someone who genuinely cares about improving the lives of others. You bring:

- Compassion, patience, and reliability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently in clients' homes
- Confidence working overnight shifts
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing client needs
- A professional and client-focused approach to care

Requirements





- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or similar (or currently studying nursing/health)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
