We require a customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running and be the go to expert in the Skyridge display. Full time role, Saturday to Wednesday

ABC Homes a sub brand to Metricon Homes - Australia’s biggest builder, is enjoying robust growth, and we require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running. Based in one of our beautifully presented display homes, in Skyridge you can show off our great design and our quality product to any customer who walks in the door.
Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include: Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
Delivering standout customer service by balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean,
complete and timely; and
Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have: Experience in new home sales or real estate.A motivated and results driven sales professional
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Confident building relationships and generating referrals
Highly organised with strong attention to detailA strong communicator who can connect with a broad range of customers
Self-motivated and able to work independently; and
