? About the Role

As a Casual Diploma Educator, you'll play an important role in creating safe, engaging and nurturing learning environments where children can learn, grow and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting educators across various rooms and age groups
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues




- Assisting with daily centre operations and routines
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Contributing to observations, documentation and educational programs
- Bringing positivity, flexibility and enthusiasm to every shift

✅ About You

You'll be a passionate early childhood professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering high-quality care and education.

To be successful, you'll have:

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

✔ Previous experience working in a long day care setting

✔ Flexibility to pick up shifts, sometimes at short notice

✔ Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain

✔ A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

✔ A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
