WHSEQ Manager Melbourne | Site, Office & National Travel Own and improve the entire WHSEQ function across a growing national construction business delivering complex projects. Struxture is seeking a practical, contractor-side WHSEQ leader to work directly with the CEO, leadership team and project teams to strengthen safety culture, improve systems and support project delivery. This isn't a corporate compliance role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being onsite, influencing Site Managers and Project Managers, improving HammerTech utilisation and helping teams achieve high standards through practical leadership rather than bureaucracy. What You'll Be Doing
• Own and improve the WHSEQ function.
• Drive safety, quality and compliance across the business.
• Lead audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Site Managers and Project Managers across complex projects.
• Improve HammerTech adoption and consistency.
• Build a practical, positive WHSEQ culture.
We'd Love To Speak With People Who Have
• Contractor-side WHSEQ experience.
• Healthcare, education, pharmaceutical, research/laboratory or industrial project exposure.
• Solid HammerTech capability.
• Audit and reporting experience.
• Formal WHS qualifications.
