Participant Development Manager A founding role and our first dedicated development and culture appointment. You'll guide each participant's development, lead our tutor team, and build the culture (and the structures, like lead tutors, peer mentors and our Participant Council) that let it scale. This could suit an L&D;, early-careers or graduate program leader, a senior educator,



or a professional services person who wants a meaningful, people-focused role. Term-based, with genuine flexibility outside delivery weeks.
