We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a major enterprise environment working across business transformation, systems integration and emerging AI-enabled solutions. This is an end-to-end BA role for someone who can genuinely bridge business and technology — confidently leading stakeholder discovery, challenging assumptions and translating complex requirements into detailed, implementable solutions. The Role
• Lead business discovery, stakeholder workshops and requirements analysis.
• Challenge proposed solutions to uncover underlying business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse current/future-state processes, business rules, workflows and exceptions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for developers and testers.
• Work closely with technical teams on APIs, data mapping, integration requirements, validation, security and error handling.
• Facilitate complex workshops, manage competing priorities and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Support delivery through development, testing and implementation. What You’ll Bring
• Strong Senior BA experience across discovery,



requirements and end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent business analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead workshops with senior stakeholders and challenge requirements constructively.
• Solid Technical BA experience across systems integration, APIs and data flows.
• Experience producing detailed, testable and developer-ready specifications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with developers, architects and delivery teams.
• Interest in AI, LLMs and emerging technologies. The Ideal Candidate You're a business-first BA with strong technical depth. You don't jump straight to technology. You first understand the business problem, challenge assumptions and define what needs to be achieved.
