• 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst within the banking domain.
• Perform as-is, to-be analysis, and gap analysis.
• Experience in building and delivering applications.
• Define the data mapping for UIs and APIs involved by collaborating closely with Solution Designers and CX Designers.
• Identify and capture application-specific technical requirements to plug into existing systems, process flows, and reporting modules.
• Demonstrate solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to clearly document both functional and technical requirements.
• Ability to bring a bird's-eye view of high-level requirements while maintaining the capacity to deep dive into granular details when required.
• Past experience working with major Tier-1 Australian banks or equivalent financial institutions is mandatory.
