We're currently seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to join our Perth team and play a key role in leading our technicians, driving operational performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

About The Role
Reporting to the Group Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You Will
• Lead, mentor and support a team of workshop and field service technicians
• Allocate and coordinate work to maximise productivity and customer outcomes
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
• Manage customer communications regarding repairs, maintenance and machine downtime
• Monitor job progress, labour efficiency and service performance




• Coordinate warranty repairs and service administration processes
• Work closely with the Parts team to ensure timely availability of components
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the branch About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in a Service Supervisor, Leading Hand or Service Management role
• Strong mechanical knowledge, ideally within construction, agricultural, mining, transport or heavy equipment industries
• Trade qualification in a mechanical field
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Solid organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A commitment to safety and continuous improvement
