We are currently looking for a permanent full-time Surfacing Supervisor to join our team based in Gillman, SA. This role is responsible for leading surfacing crews while overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of asphalt and profiling works across a range of projects. Experience in the Roads Industry, particularly with asphalt and profiling, will be highly regarded. • Exposure in the surfacing industry, civil road construction and road maintenance
• A positive safety culture
• Successful track record with planning, organising and time management
• Proven experience in identifying opportunities; improvements and solutions to the business
• Recognised ability to lead & drive accountability throughout the workforce
• Demonstrated ability with building relationships with key stakeholders
• Positive understanding of the relevant Occupational Health and Safety regulations and legislative requirements as applied to the road Industry
• Lead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Health and Safety when engaging with operational and engineering teams
