• Free Parking Provided MSS Security is seeking a professional, customer-focused Concierge Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate client site in the Perth CBD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, creating positive first impressions, and working in a professional corporate setting.

About the Role
As the Concierge Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming visitors and providing a professional reception service
• Managing visitor access and sign-in procedures
• Assisting with enquiries and directing guests
• Monitoring the lobby and common areas
• Providing administrative and customer support as required
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer service background




• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Current WA Security Licence (or ability to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
