JD Role: ENM MIGRATION ENGINEER ? Domain: Telecom Must-Have Skills
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson Network Manager (ENM).
• Proven experience in ENM Migration projects.
• Knowledge of Ericsson OSS and telecom network management systems.
• Experience in network configuration, migration planning, and validation.
• Troubleshooting and resolving migration-related issues.
• Understanding of network elements and ENM integration. Positive-to-Have Skills
• ENM upgrades and system integration.
• Knowledge of LTE/4G/5G networks.
• Experience with OSS tools and network management platforms.
• Migration testing and post-migration support.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute ENM migration activities.
• Support migration planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Verify network connectivity and functionality after migration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain migration documentation.
