Relevant ENM migration experience required Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ENM Migration Engineer with hands-on experience in Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) migration activities within telecom network environments. The candidate will support migration, upgrade, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting activities to ensure a smooth transition with minimal network disruption. Must-Have Skills
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson Network Manager (ENM).
• Proven experience in ENM migration projects.
• Knowledge of telecom network management systems and Ericsson OSS environments.
• Experience in network configuration, migration planning, and validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot migration-related issues and resolve technical problems.
• Understanding of network elements and their integration with ENM.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and migration reports.




• Ability to coordinate with network, operations, and engineering teams. Valuable-to-Have Skills
• Experience with ENM upgrades and system integration.
• Knowledge of LTE/4G/5G telecom networks.
• Experience with OSS tools and network management platforms.
• Knowledge of migration testing, rollback planning, and post-migration support.
• Experience with Ericsson telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute ENM migration activities according to project requirements.
• Support migration planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Verify network element connectivity and functionality after migration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related technical issues.
• Coordinate with relevant engineering and operations teams.
• Maintain migration documentation and provide progress updates.
