Our dynamic team of 1,500+ professionals work across 40 unique retail concepts – and now, we want YOU to join our team The Role: We are on the lookout for a driven and organised Store-Person with leadership capability to step into a Full-Time Team Leader position at Brisbane Airport. What You’ll Do: ✅ Lead the back-of-house stock management operations ✅ Receive, sort, and distribute stock across multiple stores ✅ Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenishment is timely ✅ Communicate effectively with store teams and suppliers ✅ Maintain compliance with safety standards and stock handling procedures ✅ Motivate and support a small team, setting a great example What We’re Looking For: ✅ Previous experience in a warehouse, stock, or logistics role ✅ Great communication and problem-solving abilities ✅ Physically fit and able to lift, move and manage stock safely ✅ Forklift license (advantageous but not essential) ✅ Demonstrated leadership skills or experience mentoring others ✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays) ✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card Perks &
