About the Role
Programmed Property Services is seeking a hands-on Turf Technician with proven machinery operating skills to join our Sports Grounds Maintenance team. You'll operate specialized turf equipment and maintain sports fields, playing surfaces and recreational grounds to a high standard. This role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work, is mechanically minded and takes pride in safe machinery operation and quality results.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate tractors, ride-on mowers, aerators, top dressers, spray units and turf renovation equipment.
• Bobcat and Excavator operation at certain times of the year.
• Fertilizing, spraying, aeration and turf renovation.
• Maintain sports fields and playing surfaces.
• Complete machinery safety checks and routine maintenance.
• Maintain work records and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with general grounds maintenance across client sites. About You
• Experience in sports turf, grounds maintenance, civil landscaping or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to operate heavy machinery and specialised turf equipment.
• Current driver's licence.




• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work outdoors, independently and as part of a team. Highly regarded:
• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or a related qualification.
• Chemical Users Accreditation (ACUP) or equivalent.
• Experience maintaining sports fields, golf courses or large turf areas.
• White Card, MR licence or higher, and First Aid certification.
