About the Role
We're looking for caring and dedicated Casual Night Shift Personal Care Workers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Working as part of a supportive care team, you'll provide person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life. What You'll Do
• Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
• Assist residents to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Build meaningful relationships with residents,



families and team members
• Observe, report and respond to changes in residents' wellbeing
• Support a safe, clean and comfortable living environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver exceptional care
