About the Role
Our Burleigh Heads centre is looking for a Dental Assistant to join the team in a full time position, splitting your time between chairside and reception This is a great opportunity to be part of something exciting:
• Enjoy variety in your week with a mix of chairside assisting and front-of-house duties
• Build your skills with reception experience, or learn on the job if you’re keen to develop
• Join a supportive team within a growing national dental network Availability required:
• Full-time hours
• Rotating weekend shifts What You’ll Be Doing
• Chairside assisting across a range of general dental procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians
• Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
• Supporting reception duties, including patient check-in, scheduling and phone enquiries
• Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
• Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
• Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team

• Dental Assistant experience essential
• Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation
• Reception experience a bonus, or a genuine keenness to learn
• Strong understanding of infection control standards
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
