HEAD CHEF (OR STRONG SOUS READY TO STEP UP)
- GERALDTON, WA | IMMEDIATE START We are seeking a Head Chef, or a very solid Sous Chef ready to step into a Head Chef role, to lead our kitchen in Geraldton, Western Australia. This role suits a chef who can confidently run a kitchen while also working closely and collaboratively with the owner as the venue moves through an exciting rebrand and expansion in a shared, clearly defined direction.

Key responsibilities
include:
- Full kitchen management and leadership
- Leading, training and managing kitchen staff
- Menu development, costing and food margin control
- Restructuring kitchen systems, workflow and team structure
- Hiring as the team grows
- Working collaboratively with ownership on menu direction and rebrand vision
- Maintaining and enforcing exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance
