Position Description As an upshot of growth, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of Australia/'s leading financial services teams. The team is headed by two partners and includes lawyers ranging from graduate to special counsel level. The financial services team work across a range of areas including:
- Licensing obligations.
- Product design and distribution.
- Anti-money laundering and consumer protection obligations.
- Advice on regulatory breaches relating to APRA and ASIC.
