You will lead daily kitchen operations, mentor staff and deliver outstanding cuisine across a wide range of high-profile events. You will collaborate with a agile Head Chef and kitchen brigade to maintain quality, drive efficiency, and develop innovative menus for large-scale functions while upholding safety and hygiene standards.
