- Responsible for the triage, analysis, design, coding and testing activities with an expectation of contributing to BAU support and development activities utilising your skills in Sitecore .

- Support application enhancements, defect fixes, and new feature development
- Provide rotational on-call support and manage production incidents end-to-end
- Perform after-hours maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain clear documentation and generate support activity reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, incident management, network, business analysts) Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in .
NET or similar web technologies
- Proven track record in delivering web application projects, including system analysis, development, and testing
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud hosting platforms
- Familiarity with monitoring and supporting web applications
- Exposure to Sitecore CMS and Azure DevOps (preferred)
- Skilled in writing testable, high-quality code using design patterns and best practices
