Key responsibilities
- Build close client relationships
- Explore and diagnose business problems
- Apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to understand behaviour




- Applying behavioural methodologies – nudging, social forms, framing, heuristics, RCTs, rational choice, scarcity, etc
- Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover commercial outcomes
- Test and evaluate ideas
- Design and apply evidence-based behavioural interventions
- An expert storyteller who can inspire clients to action
- Engage clients through workshops and training What We’re Looking For
- Postgraduate qualifications in psychology, behavioural economics, behavioural science, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a consulting, research or behavioural insights role
- Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
- A commercial mindset and a love of turning insight into action
- You pride yourself on your critical thinking
- You want to work more flexibly
