Living Gems Developments Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead our estimating team across residential projects. This role combines hands-on estimating with team leadership and cost control to support our multi-resort developments. You’ll oversee detailed costings, take-offs and budgets, review invoices, claims and variation requests, and develop robust scopes of works.
