Appointment Setter | Geelong | Hybrid | Leads Supplied | Uncapped Commission

Australian Energy Upgrades is hiring an Appointment Setter. Geelong based, hybrid, full time. $70,000 base plus super plus uncapped commission, OTE $130,000 plus.

Ideally the role is 11am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Every lead is warm. People fill in a form asking us to call them about solar, batteries, heating and cooling or hot water. You are the first voice they hear. You call them, qualify them, and book them with the right consultant.

You also run the sales team's calendar. That means scheduling the reps so they are not driving back and forth across the state all day. You plan each run so the bookings sit close together and the day flows. It is the kind of work that rewards someone organised who likes to think a step ahead.

Training is in our North Geelong office for the first one to two weeks, depending on your experience. After that it is up to you. Work from home, work from the office, or mix the two. Whatever gets you performing.

Who we want

Appointment setting experience is ideal. If you have not set appointments,



you need solid call centre or phone based customer service experience. Either way you are a natural on the phone, you build rapport quick, and you sound like a real person, not a script. You are driven, you want to earn, and you keep pushing.
