This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Dulwich, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
Your responsibilities
Follow our coaching and admin systems. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Talk current enquiries through how the training works.
Hours you need to be free
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What it pays
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
