Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Franna Crane Operator to join our team in Gladstone. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading company in the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors, working Monday to Friday as part of a supportive and experienced team.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Safely operating Franna cranes to lift, move and position materials and equipment
- Conducting pre-start inspections and routine checks of crane equipment
- Safely setting up and operating cranes in accordance with lift plans, site procedures and manufacturer requirements
- Working closely with riggers, doggers, supervisors and other site personnel to safely execute lifting activities
- Ensuring all lifting operations are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements
- Identifying and reporting any equipment defects, hazards or safety concerns
- Maintaining crane, tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition
- Completing relevant documentation, pre-starts and safety requirements
- Following all company, client and site safety procedures
What you’ll bring:
- Current High Risk Work Licence – CN (Non-Slewing Mobile Crane)
- Demonstrated experience operating Franna cranes in a resources, construction or industrial workplace
- Previous experience working around fixed plant and heavy equipment is highly regarded
- Current White Card
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to safety
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Local to the Gladstone region
