Tip Top Childcare is looking for a passionate, flexible and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team!

We are a small boutique purpose built childcare centre located in the heart of Maroubra Junction. We are licensed for 32 children a day and are growing our enrolments in our first year of operation.

The successful applicant will support our educators across different age groups, working on a rotating roster of opening and closing shifts. The role includes supporting children through daily routines, transitions and orientation visits, implementing engaging, play-based learning programs and building positive relationships with children, families and educators.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, nurturing and passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing in a protected, inclusive and engaging environment.

Essential requirements:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts.

Pay: $40.59 – $45.71 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
