Personal Training Position | Eglinton

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Eglinton, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

The role

- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- What we provide

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay rates





You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
