Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness North Kellyville Arcadia

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Arcadia. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Your availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Your responsibilities

- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- What we provide

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.





Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
