PT Role | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Mount Druitt

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Mount Druitt. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What you will do

Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Work within our coaching and administration processes.

When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings.



This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Rent and support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
