Job Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality and environmental standards. This role supervises trades and subcontractors, manages in office resources, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Trade qualification or relevant experience in construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, quality standards,
and environmental requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and tradespeople.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plans.
- Demonstrates a consistent track record of upholding Dasco’s core values of excellence, respect, partnership, reliability, and safety in all aspects of work, with a proactive approach to applying these principles in day-to-day responsibilities
