Our client is a family-run fresh produce distributor based in Footscray, supplying fresh produce to a range of customers across Melbourne.
We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Fresh Produce Pickers to join their team on an ongoing basis.
Available Shifts
Night Shift
- Start time: 1:00am
- Picking customer orders ready for loading onto trucks
- Ongoing work for reliable candidates
Afternoon Shift
- Start time: 1:00pm
- Finish approximately 8:00pm
- Picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch
Your duties will include:
- Picking fresh produce orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and organising produce ready for delivery
- Working as part of a busy warehouse team
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
Cold Storage Setting
Candidates will be required to work inside cold storage environments from time to time.
Freezer jackets will be provided, however, we strongly recommend candidates wear warm clothing and gloves to remain comfortable while working in cooler areas.
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working around fresh produce and in cooler environments
- Available for ongoing work
- Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Previous warehouse, produce or order-picking experience is advantageous but not essential

Shifts: 1:00am or 1:00pm starts
