We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Westbury. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Hours you need to be free
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
Pay
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
