We are seeking an experienced welder fabricator to join our team in Dandenong South, VIC. Our company specialises in the manufacturing of commercial furniture and provides high-quality solutions to our clients.

About the Roles:
We are currently seeking both Senior Welders and Junior Welders to join our expanding team.

- Senior Welders will take the lead in fabrication, ensuring high-quality output and mentoring junior staff.
- Junior Welders will assist with fabrication and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

About you

- You will have a good understanding of welding techniques, forward planning, and excellent coordination skills to meet tight schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Must have welding qualifications.
- Must be a team player.
- You will have a disciplined work ethic and a strong commitment to the Company and its productivity, and be self-motivated, punctual, and reliable with a positive influence within the Company.
- Follow all relevant safety procedures and guidelines. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday only.
- Ability to take directions from a supervisor.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to deal with multiple tasks.

What we are looking at

- Proven Experience in Steel Fabrication.
- Experience in the ability to read and interpret drawings, and able to fabricate with Minor Supervision.




- Ensure all welding is done within procedure specifications and meets daily goals.
- Perform other duties as directed from time to time by the Production Manager provided that such duties are within the competency of the nominated employee. Reporting to the Production Manager.
- Have experience with 3–16mm plates.
- Have experience in positional welding, vertical, horizontal, downward.
- Knowledge of Workplace, Health, and Safety requirements in particular working in confined spaces and manual handling working at heights.
- Flexibility in approach to work and adaptability in adopting new improved work practices with a high level of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work unsupervised.
