We connects support workers with NDIS participants and aged care clients in Wollongong and nearby suburbs. All experience levels are welcome.

About the role

You'll help people live the life they choose — at home and in the community. Depending on the clients you take on, your work may include:

- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access, outings and social participation
- Domestic assistance, meal preparation and shopping
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- Companionship and social support

- A good communicator who builds trust with clients and families
- Comfortable working independently




- All experience levels welcome — including people new to support work
