Essential Height Safety is a leading specialist in the installation, inspection and certification of height safety, roof access and fall prevention systems. Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Height Safety Installers and Trade Assistants.

The Role

Initially, the role will involve assisting with the installation of:

- Anchor Points
- Static Lines
- Guardrail Systems
- Roof Access Ladders
- Walkways and Platforms
- Other Height Safety and Roof Access Systems

Our work is carried out across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and government facilities throughout Victoria and interstate when required.

About You

We are looking for people who:

- Have a solid work ethic and positive attitude
- Take pride in producing quality work
- Have experience using hand and power tools




- Understand the importance of workplace safety
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Are reliable, organised and detail-oriented
- Hold a current Driver's Licence
- Are looking for a stable, long-term role with opportunities to grow

Experience working at heights, in construction, roofing, rigging, maintenance, fabrication or related trades will be highly regarded, however it is not essential.
