Looking for a casual personal training role in Prestons? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.
Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
What the role involves
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- How we support you
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Pay rates
You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- What you will need
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
