Front Desk Receptionist (Casual, Evening Shifts) – Flag Motor Lodge, Rivervale

Flag Motor Lodge, right next to Perth Airport, is looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. The role also includes driving our complimentary airport shuttle.

You’ll be the first face our guests see, whether they’re arriving after a long flight, heading off early, or staying a few nights. Your job is to make sure every guest feels welcome and looked after from check-in to check-out.

What you’ll do

- Check guests in and out quickly and accurately
- Be the friendly, helpful point of contact for guests in person, by phone and by email
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues, escalating to management when needed
- Answer booking enquiries and manage reservations
- Drive the complimentary airport shuttle, picking up and dropping off guests safely and on time
- Keep guest records and documentation up to date
- Coordinate with housekeeping, the restaurant and the airport shuttle so rooms and services are ready on time
- Help with general administrative tasks

About the role





- Casual position, 1–4 shifts per week
- Evening shifts, typically 3 pm – 11 pm, may include weekends and holidays

What we’re looking for

- Previous front desk, reception or customer service experience (hospitality preferred, but not essential)
- Current, valid Australian driver’s licence with a good driving record (essential)
- Clear communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Calm and solutions-focused when things get busy
- Good computer skills, with property management system experience a bonus
- Reliable availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Full working rights in Australia
