Nick & Nora’s is a premium champagne and cocktail bar known for exceptional drinks, beautiful venues and vibrant service. Our Parramatta venue is looking for Chefs to support a small kitchen team delivering elevated bar snacks designed to complement our cocktail program.

The Demi Chef role is perfect for those who thrive in a bustling environment, especially as we gear up for the exciting Christmas season, filled with high-volume events. Here, every day is an opportunity to showcase your passion and creativity—where no job is too big or too small!

Key responsibilities

- Dedication to the production, preparation, and presentation of dishes of the highest quality
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
- Commitment and passion for quality service, always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ensure food safety and kitchen standards are upheld
- Work closely with the floor team to support smooth service.

reliable and calm during busy service
- Comfortable working in a small, efficient kitchen
