Help bring Cali Press to Melbourne

Cali Press is a café brand known for fresh, wholesome, feel-good food, with 19+ cafés across NSW and our own production kitchen. In November, we're opening our very first Melbourne site and we need experienced kitchen talent to make it a success.

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be one of the most important people on the floor: keeping service running smoothly and creating a great guest experience. It’s the ideal next step if you have more than a year in hospitality and want to grow your career.

What you'll be doing

- Creating a great guest experience with warm, fast and friendly service
- Running the floor and supporting the team through the peaks
- Supporting new starters so every guest gets the same great experience, every time
- Opening and closing, cash handling and stock rotation
- Keeping the café clean, secure and well presented

What we're looking for

- 1+ years' experience in hospitality, ideally in a fast-paced café or restaurant
- A love of creating a great guest experience, strong communication skills, and speed and consistency under pressure




- Barista experience and confidence with POS and cash handling.
- The ambition to grow into an Assistant Manager or Manager role
- A passion for fresh, healthy, quality food
- Reliable, punctual and proud of your work

Pay: $27.81 – $29.33 per hour
