At Active Movement Studio (AMS), we're looking for an Exercise Physiologist who loves movement, enjoys helping people and wants to keep growing as a clinician.

We're a multidisciplinary health and fitness studio in Parramatta, bringing together Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Pilates and Strength & Conditioning.

You'll work alongside experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping each other improve.

You'll have the opportunity to build your own caseload, work with a variety of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation clients, and develop the confidence to manage more complex presentations.

Most importantly, you won't be expected to have all the answers. We believe great clinicians are developed through experience, mentoring and being part of the right team.

One of the things we love about Exercise Physiology is how many directions your career can take.

Maybe you're passionate about musculoskeletal rehabilitation and strength training. Perhaps you've been curious about Clinical Pilates or Women's Health but haven't had the opportunity to explore them.

At AMS,



you'll have the chance to develop your interests through:

- Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation: Build your clinical reasoning and exercise prescription skills with a varied caseload.
- Clinical Pilates: Learn how to incorporate Reformer and Mat Pilates into individualised rehabilitation programmes.
- Women's Health: Learn alongside our Senior Women's Health Physiotherapist, with opportunities to develop your understanding of pregnancy, postnatal rehabilitation and pelvic health.
- Strength & Conditioning: Help clients move beyond rehabilitation and return to the activities, sports and lifestyles they love.
- Career Progression: Continue developing towards a senior clinical role, with opportunities to mentor and support others as you grow.

You don't need experience in Pilates or Women's Health. If these areas interest you, we'll help you explore them. If your passion lies elsewhere, we want to help you develop that too.

Could This Be You?

We're hoping to meet an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) with around 2–3 years of clinical experience who:

- Enjoys working with musculoskeletal and rehabilitation clients.
- Takes pride in delivering individualised, evidence-based care.
- Is curious, motivated and keen to keep improving.
- Enjoys building genuine relationships with clients.
- Values teamwork, open communication and a positive workplace.
- Wants to build a long-term, rewarding career in Exercise Physiology.

An interest in Clinical Pilates, Women's Health or Strength & Conditioning would be a bonus, but it's certainly not essential.

We're more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn and the person you'll bring to our team.
