/n Fixed-Term, Part-Time – 64 Hours per Fortnight (22 December 2026 – 9 May 2027) /n /n We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse/Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our District Nursing team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a clinically skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes.

About the Role
/n In this position, you will draw upon your district nursing experience and broad clinical expertise to provide exceptional care to clients across the community. You will work both collaboratively within a supportive team environment and autonomously in the community, making a genuine difference in the lives of the people you support. Key Requirements/n /n
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) /n
- Demonstrated experience in district nursing or community-based care /n
- Broad clinical skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload /n
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team /n
- Confidence and capability to work autonomously in the community /n
- A genuine passion for supporting people within their own homes /n
