This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Ingleburn, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
What it pays
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What the role involves
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
To be considered
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
