We’re looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals to join our Sydney face-to-face sales team. You don’t need previous sales experience, but you do need strong communication, reliability and a genuine willingness to be coached.

About the opportunity

Pinnacle Sales Group is a growing Sydney sales and marketing company operating across three sectors.

You’ll represent established Australian not-for-profit organisations through community-based fundraising campaigns across Sydney. This is an active, field-based role where you’ll meet new people, build genuine rapport, explain important campaigns and inspire suitable customers to provide ongoing support.

Each day begins with your team in Surry Hills for training and preparation before travelling to different Sydney campaign locations.

What you’ll receive

- $37–$45 per hour, depending on experience and progression
- Uncapped weekly commissions and performance bonuses
- OTE of $90K–$130K for consistent performers
- Fully paid training from your first day
- Daily coaching and practical sales development
- Approximately 38 hours across Monday–Friday
- Shorter Fridays and no weekend work required

Important information

This is an in-person, field-based face-to-face sales and fundraising position. It is not a remote or call-centre role.

Applicants must already hold valid Australian working rights that allow them to work the required hours.

Previous sales experience is valuable but not essential. Everyone begins with paid training and daily coaching; progression is earned by demonstrating performance, consistency and the ability to positively influence others.
