Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Concord West Burwood Heights

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Burwood Heights. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Day to day

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission.



The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
