Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Austral Cecil Park

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Cecil Park, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- How we support you

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr

Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Coach each client one-to-one. Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
