HydroKleen Brisbane is seeking a reliable Air Conditioning Cleaning Technician to carry out professional cleaning at customer properties across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs.
This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in thorough work, communicates clearly and provides professional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Clean air-conditioning coils, barrel fans, filters, covers and drain lines.
- Clean outdoor condenser units as required.
- Protect customers’ flooring, furniture and belongings during each clean.
- Follow company procedures for power isolation, equipment use and protected working.
- Attend scheduled appointments on time and communicate any delays promptly.
- Complete job notes, photographs and checklists accurately.
- Check the quality of each clean before leaving the property.
- Keep tools and equipment clean, organised and ready for use.
- Report equipment faults and customer concerns to the office.
Skills and requirements
- A reliable approach to attendance and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in completing work properly.
- Clear communication with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Ability to carry out practical duties, including using ladders and handling cleaning equipment safely.
- A current driving licence.
- Australian work rights appropriate to the role.
Relevant experience
Experience in air-conditioning cleaning, professional cleaning, detailing, pressure washing, property maintenance or similar practical work is desirable.
This position involves cleaning air-conditioning systems. It does not include electrical repairs or refrigeration installation.
