About the role
/n The Aftermarket Sales Support Admin’s

key responsibilities
include: /n /n
- Preparing quotations and sales material in response to customer requests. /n
- Monitoring order status from issue of quotation to final Customer delivery of goods. /n
- Providing parts expediting support to ensure delivery performance metrics are met. /n
- Administration of online sales enquires ticketing system and facilitation of update meetings. /n
- Coordination of incoming/outgoing goods and materials. /n




- Providing general administrative support for the OE and Aftermarket sales team. /n /n /n About you: /n Qualifications /

Experience:
/n /n
- Certificate III or equivalent in Business administration and/or related work experience is highly desired. /n
- Previous experience in providing sales/administration support to high functioning teams. /n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications specifically Excel. /n
- SAP experience is highly regarded. /n /n

Skills:
/n /n
- High attention to detail and ability to prepare documentation. /n
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. /n
- Strong attention to detail, administrative and time management skills. /n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /n
