PT Role | Snap Fitness Moe Cloverlea

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Cloverlea. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

To be considered

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start




- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What the role involves

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
