As a Retail Assistant in our Melbourne Airport store, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.

What being a Stockroom Assistant is all about:

- Stock replenishment - moving stock from stock rooms to various stores
- Action promotional and general merchandising
- Working in a team to ensure the store is always presentable and fully stocked for our customers
- Working across a range of WHSmith stores at Melbourne Airport
- Ensuring safety across all elements of your role

What our Stores would love to see:

- A passion for stock and inventory
- Experience in a retail setting or in an airport/warehouse workplace.
- Multitasking ability with a focus on safety
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility with working hours is also a must
- Availability is required for shifts between 5:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Sunday)
- You should also be a fast learner, have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
